Holley Norton

Holley joined Heritage in 2023 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, compliant procedures, and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency throughout the firm. Holley has nearly a decade of experience in the finance industry and joins Heritage after 9 years with Nodaway Valley Bank. In her years before Heritage, Holley served as a Loan Operations Specialist as well as a Relationship Banker; helping clients secure funding, service accounts, and managing customer engagement with the bank. Holley is a member of the Northwest Missouri Financial Women's group and enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family.
