Kelsey joined Heritage in 2023 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, compliant procedures, and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency throughout the firm. Before joining Heritage, Kelsey served as a Loan Operations Specialist at Nodaway Valley Bank, driving customer success for local and regional clients. Kelsey is an avid runner, enjoys spending quality time with her family, and loves crafting handmade greeting cards all year round.
